Darren Shan
On Monday 4 October, 8 of our S1 pupils joined pupils from schools all over Perth and Kinross to listen to the prince of darkness, author Darren Shan.
Darren is currently on a whistlestop tour of Scotland and we were lucky to get an invite to his session at St John’s Academy in Perth. It wasn’t enough to scare us all out of our seats with a reading from Lord Loss, he then read a section from his new book Birth of a killer which included two murders!
We were a bit worried when he started strangling the pupils but no harm was done!
